Hard sell
The proces of trying very hard to persuade somebody to buy something by putting pressure on them
Receipt
A piece of paper that shows that goods or services have been paid for
Trolley
A small basket on wheels used for carrying goods in supermarkets

Loyalty card
A card given to customers by a shop to encourage them to buy there regularly
