List the properties of a Polygon

~Closed figure
~Each vertex belongs to exactly 2 sides
~Segments extend to vertices-and NOT beyond
~Non-consecutive sides do not intersect
~Straight segments-no curves
~Consecutive sides must be non-collinear

All interior angles of a convex polygon are less than 180 degrees

At least one interior angle of a concave polygon is more than 180 degrees

Naming Polygons

Go around the perimeter of the shape in either direction, clockwise or counterclockwise, no skipping around!
Usually the letters are consecutive or they spell out a word.
