Congress
The group of people who make the laws of the USA. It is made of two different parts: the Senate and the House of Representatives
Communist Dictatorship
a form of government in which a country is controlled by a single political party with governmental control of the economy
Constitution
a documents that says the basic beliefs and laws of a nation, state or social group that establish the powers and duties of government and guarantee certain rights to the people in it
Constitutional Democracy
A government system where the people get to decide who their leaders are, but where the rights and freedoms of the individual are guaranteed and protected by a Constitution
Constitutional Monarchy
a parliamentary democracy where the king or queen is the head of state and the prime minister is head of the government
dictator
a ruler with complete power and authority over a country
government
the group of people who control and make decisions for a country, state,or local area
republic
a type of government where the people vote for their leader
