Estimated task time formula
𝑇𝑒 = (𝐴+4𝑀+𝑃)/ 6
Estimated task time
the sum of optimistic time estimate+ 4 times most probable time estimate + pessimistic time, all divided by 6
Network diagram path lengths
you add all the times from each point from a path on the network diagram
The Critical path
is the longest path in time.

is a task that must be completed before the next task can be started. these help determine the sequence in which tasks must be completed.
