Leadership
- someone who leads or guides a group of people
- something intentional sometimes its not.
- Found in all walks of life
3 Leadership Styles
- Democratic
- Authoritarian
- Laissez-faire
Democratic
make suggestions, ask for ideas, supportive, facilitate, often appointed
Authoritarian
dictatorship, more considered about their own agenda, self-appointed, could be a “bad” person but still, a great leader, sometimes needed (prison, boot camps, armed service)
Laissez-Faire
the ultimate form of teamwork, no appointed leader, everyone is involved in decision-making process, and responsibility is shared by all.

Problem solve, conflict management, turning negatives into positives.

Step 1: Shut Up (Listen)
Step 2: Look Up (Eye Contact)
Step 3: Hook Up (Empathy)
Step 4: Chill Down (Calm down)
Avoid Pitfalls (mistakes)
Don’t be afraid to fail, pay attention, listen, don’t forget people/objective
Motivate Others
honesty, integrity, work ethic, logical, intelligence, creative, positive actions, and attitudes.
