monitor
an ongoing process of communication between team members that occurs throughout a project or schedule in support of accomplishing the strategic objectives of the organization or a specific project.
performance management
the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific success criteria at a specified time.
project management
a part of project management, relates to the use of schedules such as Gantt charts to plan and subsequently report progress within the project environment: initially the project scope is defined and the appropriate methods for completing the project are determined.
project planning
an individual or collaborative enterprise that is carefully planned and designed to achieve a particular aim.
