What is Removal?
the act of putting the president on trial and the verdict that ensues (found guilty, then the president is removed from office).
Describe the process of impeachment and removal as listed in the Constitution.
The House of Representatives is responsible for charging (impeaching) the president. The House requires a 2/3rds vote of agreement for the impeachment before the trial can begin in the Senate. The Senate then puts the president on trial and determines a verdict. If found guilty by 2/3rds vote, the president is removed from office. Chief Justice presides over the trial.

What did the War Powers Resolution do?
check the president’s power to commit the United States to an armed conflict without the consent of Congress.
