An independent system that legally investigates and charges those who have committed severe crimes like: genocide, war crimes and crime against humanity

an agreement between countries covering particular matters, especially one less formal than a treaty and a clear statement
What is the universal declaration of human rights
It’s and international law passed by the UN in 1948 that most countries must obey and the purpose of it was to prevent disregard for human life during WW2 from happening ever again
