A

stress is the way ur body responds physically, mentally, or emotionally to life changes.

what is the fight or flight reaction? how does it hurt/help us???

A

fight or flight is when our body changes responding to danger.

the fight or flight reaction can help us by giving us extra strength and energy so we r able to perform at max capacity. it can hurt us because if we stay in it to long we will develop both mental and physical problems.
