A

the fight or flight reaction is when you get a boost of adrenaline to either fight the problem head on or run away from it. it helps you fight or run but it hurts you mentally when you don’t relax, causing stress

Anger Cues: Physical changes that your body goes through that let you know you’re getting mad.

Acting Out–coming on strong, someone who yells, pushes or simply lashes out.

Displaced Anger–you get mad at someone (or something) and take it out on somebody else.
Ignored Anger–you hold your anger in and let it bottle up until you later explode.
