it helps us by seeing what we need to do now and what we want to do later

prioritizing is planning ahead and it is important because if you don’t plan ahead you might not have time for some of those want tos

what is a smart goal and what does each letter stand for
a smart goal is something you can achieve
S–stands for Specific: You should be clear about what you want to happen.
M–stands for Measurable: You should be able to track your progress while trying to reach your goal.
A–stands for Attainable: Can you achieve this goal? What specific action steps (objectives) must you take to achieve your goal?
R–stands for Relevant: Is your goal connected and appropriate to what it is that you want?
T–stands for Time Bound: You should set a timeframe for your goal (when do you want to reach your goal).
