A

New information and communication technologies have changed the nature of the workplace. New jobs are created while others become redundant because of technology. For a business it might be a relatively straightforward task to upgrade equipment, introduce new computer systems or software, and alter design or layout requirements. It is often a far more difficult task to help employees to adapt to and make efficient use of the new technology.
