Define Social Marketing.
The use of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, as part of a company’s integrated marketing communications efforts to increase brand awareness, communicate with (and listen to) customers and offer special promotions.

What is a Klout score?
A klout score is a measure of your influence and impact on social networks it can be calculated using a combination of factors across seven different social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Linkedin, Instagram, Foursquare and Wikipedia.
