Freedom of Control (Independence; Self-government) It’s important to have autonomy in making decisions that affect your own life.

Over-regulated (Insisting on strict rules and routine) Dealing with all the projects in school is bureaucratic and it gives me such a headache!
Mandate
Official permission (A group’s expressed wishes; clear signal to act; vote of
confidence) The government issued a mandate requiring all citizens to wear masks in public spaces to prevent the spread of the virus.
Ostracize
To reject (To expel or exclude from a group; shun) The group decided to ostracize the member who violated the code of conduct.
raucous
Disorderly (Noisy and disorderly; boisterous) The raucous laughter and music from the party next door kept me up all night.
Recourse
A choice (A source of help, security, or strength; something to
turn to; option) When in doubt, always remember that you have the recourse to ask for help or clarification.
Reiterate
To repeat (To state again or repeatedly) “Just to reiterate, please remember to bring your signed permission slip for the field trip tomorrow!” My teacher said as people were exiting the class.
Tantamount
Just like (Equal in effect or value; the same as) It’s tantamount to asking for trouble if you don’t double check your work before submitting it.
Tenacious
Grasping strongly (Holding firmly; persistent; stubborn) That little Bulldog is one tenacious pup when it comes to fetching his favorite ball.
Utopia
A paradise (An ideal or perfect place or state; a place achieving social or political perfection.) Wouldn’t it be nice if we could all live in a Utopia where everyone got along and there was no conflict?
