Civic Nation
A nation created by people, no matter the ethnicity, language, religion, etc… agree under laws, beliefs, and values to live together
Ethnic Nation
Shared ethnicity, culture and language. They agree to live together through a sense of similar collective identity.
Collective Consciousness
An internal consciousness, or awareness, shared by many people.

After all the debt problems the French were facing and losing many wars. Louis XVI summoned the meeting of the estates generals for the first time since 1641.
