** In everyday English, people usually say put time/energy etc into something rather than devote time/energy etc to something:

an event, situation etc that people do not understand or cannot explain because they do not know enough about it - اسرار - رازآلود

Astonishing
so surprising that it is difficult to believe SYN amazing
