What are the two types of external environments and the examples?
The Macro and Operating environment. Examples for Macro are Political and legal influences, economic conditions, technological issues, global issues, CSR issues. Examples for operating environment are Customers, Competitors, suppliers, and special interest groups.
What are key legal and government regulations to consider when planning?
Legislation and government regulations, laws related to establishing business, laws related to location, health regulations, environmental protection legislation, employment regulations, taxation laws, and trade practises and consumer protection.
What is values and beliefs?
Values and beliefs refer to the shared principles and morals of a group of people or society like how we behave, what we wear, or what we eat.
What are trends?
Trends are the general publics attitudes or behaviour in society developing or changing. Some examples are LGBTQ+ communities, gamers, or remote workers.
What is demographics?
Demographics are the characteristics of the human population like age, income, education, or religion.
