Explain the principles of justice
Fairness: All people can participate in the justice system and its processes shoulde be impartial and open.
Equality: All people engaging with the justice system and its processes should be treated the same way. If being treated equally creates disparity or disadvantage adequate measueres should be implemented.
Access: All people should be able to engage with the justice system and its processes on an informed basis.
Identify the entities that enforce criminal law such as vic police and delegated bodies.
The victoria police is to serve the vic community and uphold the law so as to promote a safe, secure and orderly society.
Delegated bodies are organisations that are given authority by Parliament to make and enforce laws in certain areas.

humans have the right to not be subject to arbitrary arrest, have a fair and public hearing, be presumed innocent until proven guilty, and having and keeping privacy. Police and institutional bodies can infiltrate some of these rights when they are provided with certain powers by a judge.
Describe the role and criminal jurisdictions of the victorian courts.
Victoria’s courts interpret the law, decide who is right or wrong in a dispute and sentence or impose penalties on those who have broken the law. The high court hears among the most serious criminal and civil cases in Victoria.
