The ability of a community to live together in a peaceful, orderly and harmonious manner by recognising that all people have rights and responsibilities
What are the principles of justice
Fairness = impartial + just treatment without discrimination Equality = the state of being equal Access = opportunity 2 approach / enter a place
How laws are made
Step 1) a bill is an act before made a law -> 1st reading = intro
Step 2) 2nd reading = highlight intention
Step 3) Debate
Step 4) put to a vote and if passed, sent to other house
Step 5) same process -> if passed again, becomes an act = named
Step 6) Royal assent by Gov. G
Step 7) Becomes law
