how do ur thoughts and feelings relate to behavior?
our feelings and thoughts relate to behavior by dictating what we do based on our emotional state in that given moment.
what is stress??
stress is the way ur body physically, mentally, or emotionally reacts to life changes.
what is the fight or flight reaction? how does it hurt/help us???
-fight or flight is when our body changes, responding to danger.
-the fight or flight reaction can help us by giving us extra strength and energy so we r able to perform at max capacity. it can hurt us because if we stay in it to long we will develop both mental and physical problems.
what is the hormone that gives us extra energy during fight or flight?
adrenaline.
how r negative feeling like fear, anger, anxiety related to stress?
they can all cause stress in different ways.
what r 3 of the 5 stress management categories that we learned about (presentations.)? give at least 3 examples of how stress could be managed for each category.

what r the differ. between anger triggers and cues???
-triggers r things that make u mad or trigger stress & anger
-cues r physical changes that ur body goes through that let u know ur getting mad.
what r the 6 steps to the conflict resolution process?
- define problem
- suggest a solution (all possible options)
- evaluate a solution ( what options work?)
- compromise (meet in middle)
- brainstorm ( new options)
- seek help
what r the 3 anger styles?
describe each.
- acting out - coming on strong, someone who yells, pushes, or simply lashes out
- displaced anger - u get mad at someone or smthg & take it out on somebody else
- ignored anger - u hold ur anger in & let it bottle up until u later explode
