- Three (3) hours of Federal law and regulations;
- Two (2) hours of ethics, which shall include instruction on fraud, consumer protection, and fair lending issues; and
- Two (2) hours of training related to lending standards for the nontraditional mortgage product marketplace.
- One (1) Hour of elective training on state law if mandated by the state or on mortgage elective topics as approved by the NMLS
In general, the term immediate family member does not include
- grandparents
- adoptive relationships

- aunts, uncles and cousins
