What is a Unicellular organism?
A unicellular organism is a living thing made up of only one cell. This single cell carries out all the functions needed for life.

Where can you find an Amoeba living?
In fresh water, salt water, wet soil and even inside animals and people.
How do Amoebas move?
By changing the shape of their body.
What do these Amoeba eat?
They eat algae, bacteria and plant cells.
How do the Amoeba eat?
They surround tiny particles of food and form a food vacuole.
What is a Binary Fission?
It is the process of reproduction for Amoeba and the Euglena in which it splits itself in to two cells.
What do Euglena eat?
They can make their own food by using sunlight, like plants, or consume smaller organisms when sunlight is unavailable.
