What defines chronically unhoused?
Being unhoused for at least a year or has had four episodes in a three year period with a condition
What defines intermittently unhoused?
Multiple, short, self-limited episodes of being unhoused
What defines in-crisis unhoused?
One episode of being unhoused brought on by a major crisis such as a natural disaster or health related issue
What defines unaccompanied youth unhoused?
Adolescent or young adult (up to 25 years) without parents
