Its a cloud solution running on SAP BTP that delivers data-driven insights into business processes and their usage based on data from one or multiple ERP systems.
How does it help organisations achieve business process excellence?
by helping to identify where processes can be improved, providing recommendation to improving and allowing users to drill down to understand root causes
What are four things (tabs) process insights offer?
-Process flows
-Performance indicators
-Correction recommendations
-Innovation recommendations
What does the process flows tab display?
a visualisation of process performance for typical business processes based on data collected from your connected ERP system
What does the performance indicators tab display?
to get process performance metrics based on data collected from your connected ERP system
i.e overview of indicators + drill into them further + filter indicators
What does correction recommendations tab display?
- correct recommendations with steps to resolve issues identified
- can select the correction recommendation to get more information
What does innovation recommendations tab display?
- innovation recommendations that your company can use for long term strategic improvements using SAP solutions and applications. can also view what E2E / line of business its related to and filter recommendations based of process/line of business’

How to start analyzing and improving your process performance?
by selecting an end-to-end process or a line of business
What do end-to-end processes and lines of business act as?
first way of filtering what you see on the Process Flows, Performance Indicators, Correction Recommendations, and Innovation Recommendations tabs
If you select an end to end process eg. Lead-to-cash as your entry point and click on one of the four tabs what will you see?
data that’s relevant for this particular line of business
If you selected one of the value drivers for a line of business eg. for Lead to cash you picked Order to fulfill what will you see?
you will filter the information displayed on the four main tabs even further displaying the data that’s relevant for the Order to Fulfill modular process.
