Azure reservations->
- an app that is used to select VMs that are based on a “pay-as-you go model” and then take them down to an idle level of CPU storage.
- You pay for a 1 year contract that is cheaper because you know the amount of data storage usages, and compute power will be idle for the next whole fiscal year.
