socialising - you get to meet new people from all different regions, while participating and bonding over something you all enjoy doing
cost- you don’t have to pay for excessive amounts of money for equipment and gear that you may rarely use
negatives of urban built environments
crowding/noise - the centres maybe be crowded and noisy, so you can’t concentrate on what your doing
no outdoor experience - your indoors, theres no fresh air, you don’t get to escape everyday stress
Motivations for participating in outdoor experiences
Motivation is often described as the driving force or reasoning behind a person’s desire to do something; the explanation a person may give for wanting to achieve a particular feat, complete a task or realise a dream.
