cost- you don’t have to pay for excessive amounts of money for equipment and gear that you may rarely use

crowding/noise - the centres maybe be crowded and noisy, so you can’t concentrate on what your doing

no outdoor experience - your indoors, theres no fresh air, you don’t get to escape everyday stress
