- brief UC on the current status of investigation, their role, and issue of entrapment

Qualities of an effective undercover agent
A
- Willingness to accept the role
- current knowledge of how criminal element functions
- gong rate of contraband
- wise, patient , physical appearance
- free of any notoriety
- use real first name and fictitious last name.
