Confirmation bias
this involves favouring information that confirms previously existing beliefs
Affinity bias
A trend where we favour people who are similar to ourselves
Availability Heuristic
A kind of mental shortcut we used to simplify our decision making. You might judge that certain events are more frequent and possible than others
Bandwagon Effect
There is an increased probability of you adopting a belief based on a number of others holding that belief.

What does workforce diversity relate to?
Race, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation
What does behavioural diversity relate to?
Differences in working styles, thinking beliefs and belief systems
What does structural diversity relate to?
Team, alliances across levels, different structures to be navigated in the organisation
What does business diversity relate to?
Customer markets, diverse community representation, supplier diversity
