How is CRE just like your music discovery?
Just like you sift and sort through sort through music catalogs to āfeel outā the right song⦠and you donāt care about all the duds that werenāt good you enjoyed to journey getting to the GEM because you knew itād be there eventually⦠you do the same thing with CRE deals!
And just like your odds being much higher of getting gems when you dig through the right artist or the right genre or the right record label your odds of finding a gem go up! The same goes for the CRE deals that you targetā¦.
Go where you know all

I care but not that much and Iām āsatisfiedā with the general knowing that what I want will come to pass eventually and from that energy allowing the specifics of its inevitability to reveal themselves to me.
- Because I know Iāll āstatisticallyā close 1 deal per 20 leads on average (and Iām above average) Due to this fact, the act of planting the seeds is the most fun part of the process knowing theyāll sprout into crops⦠either now or later.
- Because I have over 3 weeks of work lined up and over 80 different prospects so that means Iāll at least close 4 just by going through the motions.
- Because I know Iāve already asked (Step 1) and itās already done vibrationally and lined up for me by source (Step 2) and in my āsurrender to its presenceā it will come in droves (Step 3)
- I know that thereās an infinite flow of these deals and that thereās always 100 more coming down the road not just in multi family but it all other areas of CRE that are available to me in a market/economy where sellers are motivated.
- I know that it will literally only take me 1-2 deals to essentially become a millionaire and create a financial momentum that is infinite through loans and lines of credit and other deals and trade programs etc.
- I know that not everyone will close on the first call and may need more time or to get all their ducks in a row to line up with closing and even if itās a ānoā it could just be a no for right now and could easily change down the line.
- I know that what Iām offering is highly desired in this market (with risk averse lenders and buyers) and is of extreme value in regards to getting sellers their price and closing 4-5 times faster than any other buyers in the market. As well as paying the realtor more than anyone else will pay them.
I never continue a conversation that starts of on the wrong footā¦
It will never end well. Just tell them to call you back at a better time.
I have the āJesusā mentality with everyone I speak to and only speak to their desires and the benefits they will receive in my solutions.
I see them in their wellness and I focus upon the aspects of them that are pleasing to me because I care about how I feel and I care about my connection to my inner being above all else⦠and because I know as I see and focus upon them as they truly are I bring out the best in them and thus the best in meā¦
I hold the vision of them benefiting from what Iām offering steadily and speak directly to their desires at all timesā¦
(Anything less will not work because if I focus elsewhere my goat š will be gettable and Iāll be out of my alignment and my true power of influence)
If a seller or a realtor doesnāt understand me or doesnāt get it or isnāt fond of me⦠Iām almost amused and humored by their ignorance.
Because Iām so solid in my knowing of the positive benefits Iām providing to them that I have no need to āconvinceā or ācoerceā or āforceā anyone into understanding me or the value of what Iām providing⦠I already KNOW it⦠and theyāll know soon enough and if not who cares š¤·š¾āāļø itās their loss. Youāve got a bunch of deals lined up with sellers who do get it.
A facilitator (negotiator) is only as effective as his ability toā¦.
Understand where his student (seller/realtor) isā¦
While it isnāt my responsibility to make sure they get it or āunderstandā Iā¦
Maintain the transmission of my clarity/alignment/knowing and if they catch up weāll have a great conversation and if they donāt theyāll bounce off and youāll connect with someone who doesā¦
You never leave your clarity to try and persuade them/convince themā¦
that is the āwinā/āloseā of this game we are playing⦠š

Anything less is out of lack/fear/worry/shortage consciousness and will not result in good timing or positive responses.
I know that all my relationships will improve as I improve my relationship with my inner being
Because as I improve my communication with my inner being my timing improves and I care but not that much because itās already been confirmed to me emotionally by my inner being.
I know that if they havenāt called me back yet itās probably becauseā¦
- Theyāre waiting to get all their ducks in a row
- Theyāre waiting to get into a better place of alignment
- Their inner being is talking to my inner being and telling my inner being when itās the best time to reach him in the receptive mode .
All sellers and realtors (and ANYONE for that matter) really want isā¦
The freedom to choose.
In order for you to ever have a chance with anybody you have to at a bare minimumā¦
Believe in the āviabilityā or āpossibilityā of the relationship and care about it but not that much.
If you try to act in the midst of resistance about the potential success of the relationship you push them away in your uninspired action out of alignment.
Even though I donāt care that much about any particular deal Iām always leading with questions to qualify/interview the seller to see if they are a good fit for me as well as to lead them to my clarity by sensing where theyāre at.
Because you donāt have time to waste and your energy and alignment is your main priority. Your overall intent initially is just to determine if theyāre cooperative and if you can sense where they are in relation to getting the concept.
I am dream building everyday and planning out what Iām spending the money on in a way that feels exciting and fun!

I know that everything is always working out for me no matter what it may look like nowā¦
And that me being a cooperative component to my inner being allows for all other co-creators to be cooperative components.
Yes, from a broader source oriented perspective all things are working out FOR me at all times
And I am the only vibrational factor in any and all situations. The degree of my practiced emotion of āunconditionalā clarity, ease, and satisfaction will determine my resonance with my inner-being and will determine my power of influence in any and all situations, scenarios, and conversations.
Whenever I follow up with a seller or realtor itās always aā¦
Light touch to renew our positive relationship and never an attempt to ātryā and get any āstrong behaviorā out of themā¦
I selfishly go for what I want and EXPECT to get it without caring about how anyone thinks or feels about itā¦
Because there are plenty core mutual intentions and I donāt need to ātry to find mutualityā with others who are ādisagreeingā with me. Either theyāre where I am vibrationally or in close proximity on the high flying disc with what Iām offering⦠anything less isnāt worth the energy⦠there are plenty who are.
I know that I cannot ācontrol themā and that I cannot ācontrol how they respondā but what I can control isā¦
My vibrational stance/output which informs how I respond to their response in a way that keeps me in a dominant and aligned state. (Unconditional satisfaction/dominance)
I always receive the right thing to say at the right time becauseā¦
I stay in the receptive mode and only have conversations when Iām in the receptive modeā¦
Iāve defined my character and Iāve practiced the energy/mood/attitude of him and the strategies he uses and I always segment intend into my calls to ensure steady unconditional alignment in all interactions: phone call, in person, email etc.
I know that everything is always working out FOR me no matter the conditions or contrast and AT A MINIMUMā¦
At a minimum I learn in every scenario and add further specificity to my vortex.
I know that because this opportunity has presented itself means that I already am ready for it and it is well underwayā¦
Because I asked for it (step 1) and source answered and lined it up for me (step 2) and now Iāve relaxed into the knowing that itās already done and have surrendered to its āpresenceā.
I donāt care what anyone thinks of me or how they perceive me⦠and I donāt take anything personal becauseā¦
You cannot control what people say or think or do you can only control your own vibration and your response to them. Also you never take anything personally because the majority of why anyone is acting the way they are is because of how theyāre handling whatever wobble theyāve got going on in their own life which is not in your control or your responsibility. Youāre not here to tend to or āconformā to anyone⦠youāre here to inform and help those who are āableāā¦
I know my confidence doesnāt come from my experience, it comes from myā¦
Alignment, and itās the pre-work/pre-paving/practiced energy before my calls/meetings that determines my strength of character and alignment going into these conversations.
My segment intending/self-talk before all my calls/meetings/interactions
- This should be fun and at a minimum Iām going to learn a lot
- Itās going to be fun to interact with these people and see how they navigate this situation
- Itās going to be fun to feel how I hold myself steady in my alignment
THIS IS GOING TO BE REALLY FUN!
Iām highly sought after buyer in this market so Iām only picking out the best deals and interviewing which sellers are worth playing withā¦
Iāve got the capacity to close in less than 2 weeks at full ask and cash at close guaranteed⦠when most buyers in the market are struggling with lending restraints and taking 3-4 months to āpotentiallyā have their loan turned down by their underwriters and pay out WAY LESS! Itās a no brainer⦠as well as giving them up side for recouping their property with free value adds implanted by me if I fail.
Wether the deal closes in 2 days or 2 years it makes no difference to me in how good I feel now becauseā¦
Closing 1 deal will be the equivalent of making more than most CEOās and Entrepreneurs make in years⦠so either way itās a win-winā¦.
Plus, I know the close is already done and is happening at the perfect time for me and my sustained alignment (feeling good/clear)
This also isnāt the only fun financially rewarding activity in my life to āneedā results from, but I DO EXPECT THEM.
What āgenuinelyā allows you to feel like youāre āvettingā and āqualifyingā THEM?
- Because youāre about to spend a lot of MOMENTUM on these deals and for that they should actually be worth the intention and focus required and ITS THEM THAT NEEDS THE MONEY AND YOUāVE GOT IT!
- Youāre genuinely sifting and sorting for what deal is actually going to be one you āwantā to work on⦠and since youāve asked for what you want and itās given⦠and youāre not thinking thoughts of āoppositionā⦠YOU WILL BE āATTRACTINGā AND ENDLESS FLOW OF CRE DEALS AND SELLERS THAT MATCH WHAT YOU ARE INTENDING TO AQUIREā¦. ā»ļø
- The majority of these sellers are lying about what the real numbers are and you will feel them out. Why put anyone on a pedestal if they could be completely lying to your face š§š¾āāļø and if itās the ones youāre targeting they most likely are..
- Youāre genuinely vetting them to see if theyāre cooperative⦠if theyāre not cooperative theyāre not worth your time or energyā¦
What is a āpureā vibrational intention?
A vibration held without any form of negative feeling of doubt/worry/anxiety/overwhelment
Does your greater influence of practiced alignment mean YOU GET YOUR WAY?
Not necessarily⦠you can get your way⦠but whatās really happening is that you are the one influencing them to their own alignment. Itās not about āduking it outā with anyone where the ābiggestā and the āboldestā/the one that can call the most attention gets to call the shots⦠Itās coming into alignment with who you are that brings your true resources and true power of influence. - you know that you all want agreement and you all want harmony/well-being no matter how far from it they are/revengeful/defeated/rejected/lost/scared/afraid they might feel⦠DEEP DOWN you want the same thing AND BECAUSE YOU TUNED INTO YOUR SOURCE YOUāRE ALREADY THERE⦠so the āopportunityā to harmonize with them is greater now than it has ever beenā¦

Because no matter how ādivergentā the components āseem to beā⦠no matter how āannoyingā someone is being/has been⦠if you could āmap outā what your āCORE INTENTIONSā are⦠(bottom line synergies) you would find that they are so much in harmony with each other⦠when you find these BOTTOM LINE IRREFUTABLE SYNERGIES⦠when you come from that place your ācommon groundā can grow to something else that harmonizes more specifically and more and more until the solution is so obvious to everyone that they wonder why they didnāt see it earlier.
Why are you so influential?
I believe in what I sell, I believe in its value⦠and I ālistenā to them in order to identify exactly how I can improve their experience with what Iām offering and can easily hold the vision of them benefiting from that (without divination).
Iām satisfied and having fun becauseā¦

- Even if thereās is not yet an observable solution, Iām satisfied in the knowledge that there is one
- I know wether they see it or not we have multiple harmonic core intents
- I love how much fun it is to play the game
- I love how much fun it is making the calls and playing with the others and letting them know how I can help them get what they want in a way that is in alignment with what I want
- I love how much fun it is playing the game knowing that as long as Iām having fun the āresultsā are already done and on the way at the perfect time.
- I love how much fun it is playing a high leverage rewarding game thatās easy and take such little time
I know when to hang up
If youāre clear and are in alignment with your desire and have mastered the information but have encountered a disagreeable individual⦠tell them your offer and then tell them to call back when theyāre ready to make some money and hang up.
Because playing the āoutside of the vortex gameā where ābrute forceā and āgood debateā is the only way things happen then you can know youāre not wielding the power of the universe.
