How is CRE just like your music discovery?
Just like you sift and sort through sort through music catalogs to āfeel outā the right songā¦ and you donāt care about all the duds that werenāt good you enjoyed to journey getting to the GEM because you knew itād be there eventuallyā¦ you do the same thing with CRE deals!
And just like your odds being much higher of getting gems when you dig through the right artist or the right genre or the right record label your odds of finding a gem go up! The same goes for the CRE deals that you targetā¦.
Go where you know all

I care but not that much and Iām āsatisfiedā with the general knowing that what I want will come to pass eventually and from that energy allowing the specifics of its inevitability to reveal themselves to me.
- Because I know Iāll āstatisticallyā close 1 deal per 20 leads on average (and Iām above average) Due to this fact, the act of planting the seeds is the most fun part of the process knowing theyāll sprout into cropsā¦ either now or later.
- Because I have over 3 weeks of work lined up and over 80 different prospects so that means Iāll at least close 4 just by going through the motions.
- Because I know Iāve already asked (Step 1) and itās already done vibrationally and lined up for me by source (Step 2) and in my āsurrender to its presenceā it will come in droves (Step 3)
- I know that thereās an infinite flow of these deals and that thereās always 100 more coming down the road not just in multi family but it all other areas of CRE that are available to me in a market/economy where sellers are motivated.
- I know that it will literally only take me 1-2 deals to essentially become a millionaire and create a financial momentum that is infinite through loans and lines of credit and other deals and trade programs etc.
- I know that not everyone will close on the first call and may need more time or to get all their ducks in a row to line up with closing and even if itās a ānoā it could just be a no for right now and could easily change down the line.
- I know that what Iām offering is highly desired in this market (with risk averse lenders and buyers) and is of extreme value in regards to getting sellers their price and closing 4-5 times faster than any other buyers in the market. As well as paying the realtor more than anyone else will pay them.
I never continue a conversation that starts of on the wrong footā¦
It will never end well. Just tell them to call you back at a better time.
I have the āJesusā mentality with everyone I speak to and only speak to their desires and the benefits they will receive in my solutions.
I see them in their wellness and I focus upon the aspects of them that are pleasing to me because I care about how I feel and I care about my connection to my inner being above all elseā¦ and because I know as I see and focus upon them as they truly are I bring out the best in them and thus the best in meā¦
I hold the vision of them benefiting from what Iām offering steadily and speak directly to their desires at all timesā¦
(Anything less will not work because if I focus elsewhere my goat š will be gettable and Iāll be out of my alignment and my true power of influence)
If a seller or a realtor doesnāt understand me or doesnāt get it or isnāt fond of meā¦ Iām almost amused and humored by their ignorance.
Because Iām so solid in my knowing of the positive benefits Iām providing to them that I have no need to āconvinceā or ācoerceā or āforceā anyone into understanding me or the value of what Iām providingā¦ I already KNOW itā¦ and theyāll know soon enough and if not who cares š¤·š¾āāļø itās their loss. Youāve got a bunch of deals lined up with sellers who do get it.
A facilitator (negotiator) is only as effective as his ability toā¦.
Understand where his student (seller/realtor) isā¦
While it isnāt my responsibility to make sure they get it or āunderstandā Iā¦
Maintain the transmission of my clarity/alignment/knowing and if they catch up weāll have a great conversation and if they donāt theyāll bounce off and youāll connect with someone who doesā¦
You never leave your clarity to try and persuade them/convince themā¦
that is the āwinā/āloseā of this game we are playingā¦ š

Anything less is out of lack/fear/worry/shortage consciousness and will not result in good timing or positive responses.
I know that all my relationships will improve as I improve my relationship with my inner being
Because as I improve my communication with my inner being my timing improves and I care but not that much because itās already been confirmed to me emotionally by my inner being.
I know that if they havenāt called me back yet itās probably becauseā¦
- Theyāre waiting to get all their ducks in a row
- Theyāre waiting to get into a better place of alignment
- Their inner being is talking to my inner being and telling my inner being when itās the best time to reach him in the receptive mode .
All sellers and realtors (and ANYONE for that matter) really want isā¦
The freedom to choose.
In order for you to ever have a chance with anybody you have to at a bare minimumā¦
Believe in the āviabilityā or āpossibilityā of the relationship and care about it but not that much.
If you try to act in the midst of resistance about the potential success of the relationship you push them away in your uninspired action out of alignment.
Even though I donāt care that much about any particular deal Iām always leading with questions to qualify/interview the seller to see if they are a good fit for me as well as to lead them to my clarity by sensing where theyāre at.
Because you donāt have time to waste and your energy and alignment is your main priority. Your overall intent initially is just to determine if theyāre cooperative and if you can sense where they are in relation to getting the concept.
I am dream building everyday and planning out what Iām spending the money on in a way that feels exciting and fun!

I know that everything is always working out for me no matter what it may look like nowā¦
And that me being a cooperative component to my inner being allows for all other co-creators to be cooperative components.
Yes, from a broader source oriented perspective all things are working out FOR me at all times
And I am the only vibrational factor in any and all situations. The degree of my practiced emotion of āunconditionalā clarity, ease, and satisfaction will determine my resonance with my inner-being and will determine my power of influence in any and all situations, scenarios, and conversations.
