A

RV wall hypokinesis

  • moderate or severe
  • McConnells sign apical sparing

RV dilation

  • End diastonic diameter >30mm in PSLA
  • RV larger than LV in subcostal or apical
  • increased tricuspid velocity
  • Paradoxical RV septal systolic motion - bowing of the septum

Pulmonary artery hypertension
-dilated IVC with lack of respiratory collapse
