Q

What sets you apart?

A

I strive to UNDER PROMISE AND OVER DELIVER. I can fill in the blanks. I’m not going to take up my manager’s valuable time to ask a simple question that I can Google, but asking questions is also important … so if I do ask questions I like finding cost minimizing, profit maximizing solutions that create value. Developing plans for implementing those solutions.

I chose to minor in Statistics and take math classes because I like solving complex problems, and I get to do that every day.

Tell me about Met Pianpo

A

That’s been paying the bills. Even though it’s not relevant, what I’ve learned as an entrepreneru that I can bring to UBS is working face to face with customers, building trust. And to build trust you have to know your product/service extraordinarily well, having confi
