Looks at how money, goods & services are distributed among households, businesses, government & foreign sector & how controlled by monetary system & management.

Reconstruction, sustainable growth & development
Looks at value of balance -> individuals, businesses & government be able to participate in open market & make substantial profit to help grow economy but does least amount of gram to environment as possible.
Poverty should be reduced & money distributed fairly.

Leadership & management
Basic aspects of leadership -> planning & management
Negotiation, motivation, delegation & conflict management
Basic aspects of management -> administration, finance & production
Marketing, purchasing, public relations & human resources development
Rights & responsibilities of management & workers

Financial & Consumer Knowledge & Skills
