Looks at value of balance -> individuals, businesses & government be able to participate in open market & make substantial profit to help grow economy but does least amount of gram to environment as possible.

- Traditional education not provide lifelong learning
- More motivated to be entrepreneurs at start of school than at end
- Schools, parents & community focus on qualifications on paper rather than skills.
- Learner taught to think like employees -> not encouraged to take initiative.
- Education focuses on conformity
- Focused on academic performance & high marks rather than creative thinking.
- Little focus on perseverance and personality development
- Education not provide business management or technical skills
