It is a report that summarizes results periodically based on a certain time frame
Periodic
It documents all workplace illnesses, injuries, near misses and accidents, and should be completed at the time or soon after an incident occurs.
Incident
It is a financial report or a summary of sales activity over a period of item of an operational business.
Sales
It describes and assesses a particular program, in which the recommendation can be used to guide program improvement and decision making
Evaluation
It is an internalreportused by management to compare the estimated, budgeted projections with the actual performance number achieved during a period.
Budget
It documents the development of a particular project.
Progress
It is a report assigned in disciplines of the applied social sciences (e.g., social work, anthropology, criminal justice, education, law, the health care professions).
Field
It examines a proposed solution and evaluates whether it is possible, given certain constraints (e.g. in putting up a business).
Feasibility
It is a report which relies heavily on the respondents’ answers.
Survey
It is a well-documented assessment of a certain phenomena via an experiment.
