Countable noun
A noun that cannot be counted
Ex: Hair, Soup, Rice, Oxygen
Uncountable/Mass noun
Made up of two or more smaller words
Ex: schoolboy, Daughter-in-law, textbook
Compound noun
Refer to a group of things as one whole
Ex: Bunch, audience, flock, group
Collective noun
Refers to 1 person, place, or idea
Ex: Teacher, Sister, Father
