A material that is used to make many different things that is usually clay.
What are some of the things a ceramic makes?
Bricks, tiles, porcelain, etc…
What is a metal?
A hard material that is mostly used in support systems or buildings.
Name one example of a metal.
Steel, aluminum, titanium, chrome, etc…
What is a solvent?
A mixture or gas that will dissolve another substance.
What is an example of a well-known solvent? Why is that substance a solvent.
Water
What is an adhesive?
A sticky or rubbery substance that can hold two things together.
Name one example of an adhesive.
Glue
What are shingles?
Tiles that go on a roof to protect it from precipitation or other natural things.
