What is small cell lung cancer?

- Usually caused by smoking
- Non curable and rapid spread
- It is called small cell because they are rapidly divind cells with no cytoplasm (all nucleus)

Chemo
Surgery isnt usually an option as it would already have spread by the time it is found

Squamous - line the airways, usually near the centre
Adenocarncinoma - from the goblet cells
Large cell - Look large
