Flexion is also known as angular movements because flexion decrease the angle between two they bend or together structures as move close

Is the movement of a structure away from our midline reference point or Moving the body part away from the center of midline
Abduct Means Take AWAY

Straightening or stretching.
Extension is also angular Movements.
Because extension is going to increase the angle between two structure as they straighten or move further apart.

Occurs as the structure is “ADDED”
Back towards reference point. the midline
Bringing the body part back to the center line
Adduction
Turning the body part downward or inward
Pronation
Turning the body part upward or outward
Supination
Turning the body part inward
Inversion means inwardly

Opposite movement Sole turn away from body’s midline
Eversion
A complete circulation motion of a body part
Circumduction
A body movement term that describe a bone moving around a central axis or Pivoting a body parts inward or outward around a long axis (turn)
