A

Uusually preceded by a green & white paper draftsman by civil servants steered though parliament by a responsible minister. The government must have reasonable majority for it to proceed

A

Non-government bills introduced by individual back bench MP’s. MP must enter a ballot to win the right to introduce the bill. They usually cover non-political issues and dont usually go forward but do raise awearness
