Q

There are issues with the MBTI Test for Personality

A
  • there is a spectrum and the MBTI test does not really take into account those who do not fit 100% into the categories of personality (e.g., fall in the middle, not 100% in judging, or perceiving)

MBTI leads to a whole lot of bias, it is not at all reliable, very questionable validity, and there is no good reason to use this in assessing for person-job fit!

A

Moreover, why 16 types? There are certainly more than 16 types of people in this world.
