preterm labour medical - GDM, GHTN and PET placenta - praevia, abruption haemorrhage - PPH FGR and twin-twin transfusion syndrome

What frequency of USS surveillance is recommended?
A
Uncomplicated dichorionic diamniotic - 4 weekly USS
Monochorionic diamniotic - fortnightly USS as 15% risk of twin-twin transfusion syndrome and 30% risk growth discordance
Monoamniotic twins and HOMs - MFM care

A
In first trimester USS

What should fortnightly USS look at for monochorionic twins?
A
Growth amniotic fluid volume in each sac bladder volumes umbilical artery Dopplers middle cerebral artery Dopplers (from 24 weeks)
