A

“Lucky Club Sando” Yellowfin Tuna Katsu sando with house smoked Bigeye bacon on toasted shokopan with a lemon and sherry vin, apple and fennel slaw. Merging of a BLT and katsu sando (japanese sandwich with panko fried protein on milk bread)

A

If you go hiking, you will see purple fruit adorning the pads of prickly pear cacuts. Word play - Spanish word for prickly pear (cactus fruit) is “Tuna”. Taiyaki is a stuffed pancake in the shape of a fish often associated with celebrations.
