What is TLS usually triggered by? [1]
Induction of combination chemotherapy
but can also be triggered by sterod treatment alone
What are the typical electrolyte changes seen in TLS? [3]

Raised Uric acid
What treatment should you give for TLS? [3]
IV fluids
Allopurinol or rasburicase (metabolises uric acid to allantoin)
BUT: shouldnt give allopurinol and rasburicase together as reduces effects of rasburicase
Which drugs can you give to prevent TLS? [2]
Allopurinol or rasburicase
What clinical findings do you need alongisde lab results for a TLS diagnosis? [3]
Increased serum creatitine (1.5x upper limit of normal)
Cardiac arrthmia or sudden death
Seizure
