Calcification in suepndymal LV or foramine of monro >
Hetrotopic > demyelination occipital lobe
HCP
Supepndymal tubers ⬆️ T2 and ⬇️T1
candle guttering sign > mri > on pneumoencephalography).

Radial bands sign: > different diffinetation
⭐️ enhancing subependymal lesions are almost always SEGAs
