Sued German government for a reported 4.7 B euros who changed POLICIES to phase out nuclear power following the Fukushima disaster in Japan to replace it with renewable energy supplies
How do ISDSs impact the State
ISDSs refute a state’s right to prioritise, regulate and administer public policy (domestically) resulting in assault on sovereignty and democracy.
What is TTIP
Trans-Atlantic Trade Investment Partnership which enables multi-natioal corporations to sue National Governments by utilising the built in clause of ISDS.
