A

Nonuniform- costal hyper/hypomobility, limited ROM due to P
P with breathing- rib subluxation (P near Jt at spine or sternum), rib # (usually mid shaft rib)

A

Decrease/loss of pulse- neurovascular TOS from cervical rib, scalene muscle brachial plexus compression

A

Pt may be instructed to take deep breath and hold it after head is rotated to help apply further pressure to brachial plexus NR + subclavian veins

Sens- 50
Spec- 74-100

Test shows false +Ve in 42% of Pts w CTS, 9-20% in general population
