Most intense at patellar region. Pain in knee area directly over the patella. Trigger is located up high near the origin of the muscle.

Posterior thigh, most intense at proximal thigh- near to gluteal fold

Posterior surface of sacrum
Gluteus Medius TP Pattern?
- Posterior, lateral buttock

- Posterior buttock
- Lateral, posterior thigh and leg

- Groin area

Proximal, medial thigh and groin
