The same sharps/flats as in the major scale.

Same sharps/flats as minor scale OR same as major scale but with the third (middle note) lowered a semitone.

The same sharps/flats as a minor scale but also with the fifth (top note) lowered a semitone.

Same sharp/flats as a major scale but with the fifth (top note) raised a semitone.
