Trespass after warning to leave - 3m/1k
- Trespasses
- On any place
- After being warned to leave that place by an occupier of that place
- Neglects or refuses to do so

Trespass after previous warnings - 3m/1k
- Being a person who has been warned under section 4 to stay off any place
- Wilfully trespasses in that place
- Within two years
What is the definition of a ‘Lawful Occupier’
Any employee, or other person acting under the authority of any person in lawful occupation of that place or land
Trespass Act 1980 Section 9(1)
Any person found trespassing may be required to give
NAF
- Name
- Address
- Firearms licence if in possession of firearm
Trespass Act 1980 Section 9(2)
If person refuses to give name, address or firearms licence if in possession of firearm, you should:
- Caution
- Arrest if failure or refusal persists

Is on another person’s property without authority or permission.

At any physical address.
Trespass after warning to leave S.3- After being warned to leave that place by an occupier of that place Proven by:

After the warning, neglects or refuses to leave. The person must be given a reasonable time to leave.

The offender intentionally, deliberately, without mistake, returns to the premises.
