OTA 1989 s.42 - Search without warrant

- is Critically Necessary to protect CYP from injury/death
- enter / search (force if necessary)
- dwellinghouse, building, aircraft, ship, carriage, vehicle, premises, place
- Remove / Detain CYP (force if necessary)
- Place CYP in custody of OT

- Situation where Physical / Mental Health wellbeing / likely to be impaired
- Take (reasonable force)
