Nitazoxanide MOA
interfere with pyruvate:ferredoxin oxidoreductase enzyme-dependent electron transfer reaction
(no anaerobic energy metabolism)
Praziquantel MOA
increase cell membrane permeability - leads to loss of intracellular calcium - causing paralysis
Pyrantel pamoate MOA
stimulates release of ACh and inhibits cholinesterase
